How much does it cost?
Each Inabox storage unit is R499 per month, excluding VAT. Simple pricing with no hidden fees.
How big is an Inabox?
Each Inabox is 2.4m long, 2.2m high and 1.5m wide (external dimensions) – big enough to fit the contents of a studio apartment.
Is there a weight limit for an Inabox?
Yes – for safe handling and transport, each Inabox can hold up to 750 kg in total. Please spread the weight evenly when packing.
How do I book?
Just contact us via WhatsApp or email. We’ll help you get a quote and schedule your delivery.
Can I access my box once it’s stored?
Yes! Just give us 24 hours’ notice and we’ll make sure your box is ready for you at our Sandton facility. You’re welcome to come view or collect your items – or we can deliver them back to your door.
Do you offer packing services?
Yes – you can pack your box yourself, or let our team take care of it for you.
Where is your storage facility?
Our secure storage facility is located in Sandton, with 24/7 monitoring and access control. We serve customers across Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
Is there a minimum storage period?
Yes, one month. After that, you’re on a flexible month-to-month plan.
Do you supply packing materials?
We can provide packing supplies like boxes, bubble wrap, and tape – just ask when booking.
How secure is the storage facility?
Very. Our storage facility is access-controlled, monitored 24/7, and only you have the key to your locked Inabox.
How do I get my items back?
Easy – contact us and we’ll either arrange delivery of your box to your door, or you’re welcome to collect it directly from our Sandton facility.
Can I store more than one box?
Yes – you can rent as many Inaboxes as you need, and we can deliver and collect them all in one trip.
What can’t I store in an Inabox?
For safety and legal reasons, we can’t accept flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, perishable food, plants, live animals, firearms, or illegal goods.
Can I store fragile or valuable items?
Yes, but we recommend wrapping them carefully.
Can I use Inabox for business storage?
Absolutely. We offer commercial rates and dedicated account managers for business clients. Let us know what you need!
